CTFO SmartShip Subscription Program Agreement
By enrolling in the CTFO SmartShip Program, you agree to the terms and conditions thereof. Under the SmartShip Subscription Program, CTFO will automatically send the designated SmartShip products on a monthly basis.
You will be responsible for paying for all products shipped through the SmartShip Subscription Program. The payment method you indicated will automatically be charged on the date of your choosing.
If you do not choose a specific SmartShip date, it will automatically default to the same date of the following month you originally enrolled in the SmartShip program unless a month does not have that many days.
In that case, the SmartShip will be charged on the last day of the month.
You can modify or cancel your SmartShip order at any time before the order is processed for shipment.
You also can cancel your SmartShip Subscription at any time. Simply go to the “Manage SmartShip” link in your back office or call or email our Support Center at 707-449-4567 or su*****@my****.com.
